Sixth graders are becoming more self-reliant and more independent. Sixth graders will learn how to be better organizers in school. Sixth grade math goes beyond the basics of math and will excel in learning more Geometry in our Pearson math books. Students will apply their skills in science by using the scientific method process more that leads to many discoveries using Generation Genius. Students will explore more geography features/ history in social studies. Students will write daily and improve their research skills of gathering information as well as interpreting, organizing, and presenting it. Students will excel in language arts by summarizing and creating book report projects. Welcome to Sixth Grade!
