Peyton Elementary School offers high-quality education to students in grades Pre-K through 6. We offer morning and afternoon Preschool classes, as well as full-day Kindergarten. Class sizes are small, averaging 16 students per class. We are a four-day school with school in session Monday-Thursday and our school day is from 7:38-3:28. We strive to challenge all students through curriculum aligned to the Colorado Academic Standards, as well as special programming for Gifted Students. After-school programs are run throughout the year, including tutoring and numerous sports depending on the time of year. In addition, we have an Enrichment Program on select Fridays for all interested students.

Peyton Elementary has a morning and an afternoon Preschool. Students need to be dropped off and picked up as they are not able to ride the buses yet. Parents or caregivers must sign students in and out each day. Snacks are provided daily; a monthly snack calendar is sent home. Please make sure you provide nutritious snacks on your assigned day.
Peyton Elementary School’s Kindergarten has low class sizes, averaging 14 students in a class. It is a full day, family oriented program. Students receive individualized instruction in a “hands on” interactive learning environment.
Peyton Elementary’s first grade classes are small, less than 20 per classroom. The students continue to use the Spalding’ Writing Road to Reading program to increase their reading and writing skills learned in Kindergarten. Students also continue improving their Math skills through Math Rockets and the Envision Math program.
