Thank you for your interest in Peyton School District.  Please note that students must live within Peyton School District boundaries to enroll.  Out-of-District Students may apply but must be accepted prior to enrolling.


Call the school to verify if your student is in district or out-of-district.

If you are in district, call the school to set up an appointment to enroll.

If you are out-of-district and would like to apply, please complete the Out-of-District Application

We do not accept out of district applications after October 1st.

Prior to that scheduled appointment you will need to pick up an enrollment packet at the JH/HS office.

To enroll your child in Peyton School District, we must have the following items:

  1. Copy of your child’s birth certificate
  2. Copy of your child’s immunization record
  3. Copy of your child’s Social Security card or number
  4. Name and city of last school attended
  5. Copy of your child’s transcript or last report card (and withdrawl form if you are enrolling during the school year)
  6. Proof of Address (such as a trash bill, electric bill or lease agreement)
  7. Proof of guardianship if applicable
  8. Recent IEP and/or 504 if applicable
  9. Completed enrollment packet

Bring all documentation to the enrollment meeting.
